Clay qualified as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2018 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. Since then he has worked for financial sector government regulators and law firms in Nairobi leading to his current post with our law firm.
Over the years, Clay learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.
Clay has experience in advising clients on the full spectrum of legal services, from litigation & arbitration to capital markets and tax. Clay also has extensive experience in the areas of real estate & property as well as intellectual property. In addition, he regularly advises clients on more general legal advisory, whether it’s setting up business in Kenya, technology laws, or immigration advice for those planning to work and do business in Kenya.
